Some pages don't open when I click on them. What should I do?
Pop-up blockers can sometimes block pages that aren't spam or harmful. Try disabling it and try again.

The videos on your sites are playing but the colors are wrong. What can be done to fix this?
Your display settings are may be set to 256 colors. If this is so, go to your start bar> control panel> display> then click the "settings" tab. Under Color Quality choose 16bit or 32bit> click "apply at the bottom (you might need to restart) and try watching the video again.

My browser gets error messages sometimes and crashes. What can I do to fix this?
Download the latest version of your browser or Internet Explorer here. And make sure you have all your updates. If you are sure that you have the latest versions of your browsing and video programs and you are still having issues then you might have a spyware/virus problem. Try these free programs
